Updating tracking for orders

To update the tracking information for an order you must first select the order you wish to update the tracking for from the "Orders" section on the "Manage" page.

After you have updated tracking for an order you must verify that the tracking information for the order has also been updated on the respective platform.

Depending on your selected location, platform and listing you will have different options available for shipping. You must make sure that update tracking for all shipping carriers works.

Updating tracking information for orders from all platforms needs to be tested. You must also test that adding tracking information for all available carriers works as indented. For example eBay offers multiple shipping options and only some require tracking codes to be added.
