How to test cancelling orders

This page will walk you through how to test cancelling orders.

Cancelling orders

To cancel an order you must first select the order you wish to cancel from the "Orders" section on the "Manage" page.

After you have cancelled the order order you must verify that the order has also been cancelled on the respective platform.

Some platforms may require you to refund the order in order to cancel it. For those platforms you must also verify that the refund has been processed.

Cancelling orders from all platforms needs to be tested.

When you cancel an order depending on the platform and listing you will have various cancellation reasons. Each cancellation reason must be tested.
