To apply a filter you first need to navigate to the "" page and click the "Filter" button located in the top right of the page. This filter is considered to be a master filter as it applies to both orders and listings.
The "Filter" pop-up will then open allowing you to select various filters. You can first select the platform you wish to filter the data for.
The second option is the date range you wish to filter the data for.
And finally you can select the order and listing types you wish to filter.
Every possible filter combination needs to be tested. For example, if you have selected Shopify as the "Platform" on the master filter then you must go through and apply filters for every single possible type with every single possible time until all combinations have been exhausted. After each filter has been applied you need to verify that the data displayed is correct. An example series of tests can be found in How to test exporting data. You must then test every possible combination of the master filter with filters from "Orders" and "Listings".
To apply a filter to orders only you must use the "Filter" button from the "Orders" section in the "" page.
Orders can be filtered by the various statuses that only orders can have. Applying a filter in the "Orders" section will override the master filter that can be set using the filter button at the top of the "" page. The new filter will only apply to the "Orders" section.
Listings can be filtered by the various statuses that only listings can have. Applying a filter in the "Listings" section will override the master filter that can be set using the filter button at the top of the "" page. The new filter will only apply to the "Listings" section.
